Stine Marsal is a keynote speaker, sociologist and expert in customer experience, employee experience, service culture and inclusive organisational design.

She has held senior roles including Service Excellence Director at Copenhagen Airport and Tivoli and has consulted for organisations such as LEGO House, Novonesis and Berlin Airport.

Her work draws on more than 170 qualitative interviews with employees and customers across minority identities, revealing where hidden barriers create friction in everyday working life and customer journeys, and why removing them improves experience, inclusion and performance for everyone.

She co-founded Copenhagen Pride in 1996 and introduced the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to the Nordics, onboarding 500+ organisations and helping raise public awareness from near zero to 80% of the Danish population.

She is the founder of InklusioNordic and speaks on how organisations can remove hidden barriers, strengthen service culture and create better experiences for both employees and customers.
